She then helped us navigate the “price war” with what I felt was great compassion for those potential buyers. Diane and her assistant Janet were just so great helping us with the closing as we were hurrying to leave Taos before it shut down due to the pandemic. Getting a house ready to sell, dealing with multiple showings, and finally closing can be very challenging. Diane was right there through it all. We have sold several homes and this has definitely been our best experience.
