When doing business with someone, it’s a rare treat to come across someone who is not only professional but caring.  Brandon Rose recently worked with me on a real estate transaction in Taos, NM.  As both I and the seller are out of state, Brandon went above and beyond to assist in overcoming many adjacent issues related to the transaction.  Brandon is thorough, competent, and knows his stuff.  If Brandon promises to do something, I found he follows through in a timely and professional manner.  Thank you for your great service.  It is a pleasure to work with you.

Brandon could not have been a more helpful and attentive guide for us as we purchased our first home! We were extremely impressed from the outset with his willingness to accommodate us, as we worked to move forward with the purchase despite living across the country. To make matters even more complicated, we put an offer on the place at the height of restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, which prevented us from even viewing the house prior to the week we closed. Every call, email, and text was responded to promptly and with enthusiasm to alleviate our legitimate first-time-homebuyers nerves. When our timeline became crunched due to complications outside our control, Brandon was proactively making calls on our behalf and we felt advocated for every step of the way! He went the extra mile to ensure we felt confident in our purchase and fully informed on the quality of the property, the workings of the local community, and the process for purchasing. We highly recommend Brandon, and if we ever end up selling we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else! Though, I don’t expect we will any time soon – Brandon helped secure us our dream home and we couldn’t be happier!

We can’t say enough positives for the work that Diane Enright has done selling our home.  We loved our house and Diane seemed to sense that from the very beginning.  She offered suggestions regarding what we needed to do to get it on the market and she was always available for consultation and encouragement.  Diane helped us put our best foot forward, giving our house exposure, and within a few weeks we had several offers.  She then helped us navigate the “price war” with what I felt was great compassion for those potential buyers.  Diane and her assistant Janet were just so great helping us with the closing as we were hurrying to leave Taos before it shut down due to the pandemic.  Getting a house ready to sell, dealing with multiple showings, and finally closing can be very challenging.  Diane was right there through it all.  We have sold several homes and this has definitely been our best experience.

Working with Luisa was a pleasure. This was our first home purchase and she was informative and supportive the entire way. Her advice to us when there were multiple offers on the property was perfect and she was patient with all of our questions, worries and uncertainties about the process. Luisa is really responsive in communication–getting back very quickly and always has a smile. When we had to go with a second lender because of a technicality, Luisa was quick to work with the seller to readjust the time frame for the purchase without upsetting anyone. Her interpersonal skills are top notch. She has her finger on real estate in the area and she provides all the information you need for the process. We would definitely work with Luisa again!

My friends passed away very sudden an unexpected in Taos in June of this year.  I had lived in Taos years ago but now live out of state.  He left me as representative of his estate as he had no family.  He left his condo to my son who lives in Oregon, so we were both out of state trying to manage this by long distance.  In early September my son an I met in Taos an after meeting with several realtors my son decided on Brandon.  Brandon took quality photos of the house an with aggressive marketing an much to my surprise we had two offers in less than two weeks.  After accepting one Brandon was instrumental in helping to make sure everything was done in our absence, including overseeing several repairs that were scheduled an helping to dispose of furniture an property that he delivered to local charities.  With us both being out of state an without Brandon’s help, this would have been an impossible task.  I am pleased to report that we just closed on the condo.  Again, thanks to you Brandon for your help.
